This business is a scam. Do not go there. I made an appointment and paid a €30.40 deposit when booking. I showed up at the scheduled time and waited for 45 minutes, but no one opened the door. After 45 minutes, someone finally opened the door and told me that the person I had the appointment with didn’t come to work that day. (They didn’t even bother to cancel my appointment.) They took my bank details, promising to refund the €30.40 deposit. It's been 40 days and despite multiple emails, I still haven't received my deposit back. I will consult my lawyer and take legal action against them.

Had an incredible hydrofacial, the staff was very kind and knowledgeable and shared a lot of tips for my skin routine. Professional and highly recommended. The salon is beautiful!

I got a facial with Shirley and it was the best facial I have had here in Amsterdam. Not only was there a lot of skillful face, neck, and shoulder massage, but the products were high-end and left my dry skin hydrated and glowing. Great experience.
